- Interactive sharing of ideas & philosophies (real connection, away from cell phones)
- Festive Tuscan singers on final night

- A foraging walk learning the special features of the valley and forest
- Visit the wine-focused town of Montalcino and the most beautiful abbey in Tuscany
- Three wine tastings including award-winning organic wines and a vineyard resounding with Mozart’s music
